How does matching work?
You tell us the work and the constraints. We match you with the assistant who fits, from a vetted team. Most clients are matched within three business days. You meet them, the work starts, and your account manager runs the ramp so you don’t have to manage the relationship.
What if I don’t like them?
Tell your account manager. We rematch. No drama, no awkward conversation on your side. The whole point of having an account manager is so you don’t have to manage the relationship.
What about confidentiality?
Confidentiality clauses are written into every assistant’s agreement. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable. When a match ends, access ends. We sign your NDA on request and we keep credentials in a shared password manager so nothing lives in chat history.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Move up if your needs grow. Move down if your month is light. Move from Personal to Business or back, whenever the work changes shape. Your account manager handles the bridge so nothing drops.
What does cancellation look like?
Cancel anytime. No contract math, no severance, no uncomfortable conversations. Tell your account manager and the match ends. Access is revoked the same day.
How do I know which side I’m on?
If the work is running your business (sales, customer support, CRM, ops, recurring deliverables across a team), you want Business.
