Can I use Business for personal stuff?
Yes. Your assistant can handle personal tasks too, like calendar, errands, gift research, or scheduling, as part of your hours. Business plans are sized for company workloads first, so the talent is senior and the pricing reflects that. If personal coordination is the only thing you need, Personal plans are tuned for that and start at $149/mo. See Personal plans →
What if I need more hours mid-month?
Tell your account manager. We’ll add hours for the month at our extra-hours rate, which your account manager confirms before adding any, or move you up a tier if the new pace is the new normal. Your match stays in place, so nothing starts over.
Can my team share the assistant?
Yes. Deep Calm covers up to 2 users, Peace of Mind up to 3, Zen Delegation up to 4. Multiple stakeholders can request work; your account manager handles priority calls when two requests come in at once. Need more seats? Book a call and we’ll size it to the team.
What about confidentiality?
You choose what access to give, and you can remove it any time. If your company needs its own NDA, send it over and we’ll review it. For passwords and logins, we tell you which sharing method to use, so nothing sits in email or chat. We don’t handle protected health information under HIPAA or sign Business Associate Agreements, so if you run a health practice, keep patient records out of the work you hand off.
How fast is onboarding?
Most clients are matched within days. Your first week is a setup week: tools access, brand voice, what you want owned. By week two your assistant is running real work. Your account manager runs the ramp so you don’t have to.
What if my assistant is out?
Your assistant runs your work day to day. If they’re unavailable, we can route a task to another available assistant so it doesn’t wait. When your assistant is back, they pick up where things left off.
What if it’s not a fit?
Two paths. If the match isn’t right, you can ask your account manager for a rematch inside the same plan. If the plan isn’t right, move up or down. If you’d rather stop, monthly plans have no long-term contract. Cancel online from My Account with 30 days’ notice. If a renewal falls inside those 30 days, it’s charged and your plan ends at the end of that billing period. Annual plans end on their renewal date if you cancel at least 30 days before it. Cancel later than that and we charge only for the days left in your 30-day notice, never more than one month. When your plan ends, we close access, and if your account is paid up we can hand off work in progress. No awkward conversations.
Can I switch down to a Personal plan later?
Yes. If the business work winds down and you only need personal life admin, your account manager will move you onto a Personal plan. Heads up though: Personal plans don’t carry business-skilled talent at that price, so we’ll match you with a new dedicated assistant. Your current Business assistant won’t follow you down because their work and rate don’t fit the Personal tier. We’ll bridge the handoff so context isn’t lost.
