Can I use Business for personal stuff?
Yes. Your assistant can handle personal tasks too, like calendar, errands, gift research, or scheduling, as part of your hours. Business plans are sized for company workloads first, so the talent is senior and the pricing reflects that. If personal coordination is the only thing you need, Personal plans are tuned for that and start at $149/mo. See Personal plans →
What if I need more hours mid-month?
Tell your account manager. We’ll add capacity for the month at the prorated rate of your plan, or move you up a tier if the new pace is the new normal. No re-onboarding, same assistant.
Can my team share the assistant?
Yes. Deep Calm covers up to 2 users, Peace of Mind up to 3, Zen Delegation up to 4. Multiple stakeholders can request work; your account manager handles priority calls when two requests come in at once. Need more seats? Book a call and we’ll size it to the team.
What about confidentiality?
Confidentiality clauses are written into every assistant’s agreement. Access is scoped, logged, and revocable. When a match ends, access ends. We’ll sign your NDA on request and we keep credentials in a shared password manager so nothing lives in chat history.
How fast is onboarding?
Most clients are matched within three business days. Your first week is a setup week: tools access, brand voice, what you want owned. By week two your assistant is running real work. Your account manager runs the ramp so you don’t have to.
What if it’s not a fit?
Two paths. If the match isn’t right, your account manager rematches inside the same plan. If the plan isn’t right, you can move up, down, or out. Cancel anytime, no contract math.
Can I switch down to a Personal plan later?
Yes. If the business work winds down and you only need personal life admin, your account manager will move you onto a Personal plan. Heads up though: Personal plans don’t carry business-skilled talent at that price, so we’ll match you with a new dedicated assistant. Your current Business assistant won’t follow you down because their work and rate don’t fit the Personal tier. We’ll bridge the handoff so context isn’t lost.
