Business service
Your inbox and calendar, finally run by one person.
A vetted business assistant triages your email, drafts the replies you’d write, defends your calendar, and preps you for every meeting before it starts. You stop being your own scheduler.
Most days, your first hour is the worst hour. You open the laptop, see 87 unread, scan for the 3 that actually need you, and 40 minutes later you’re still inside the inbox instead of doing the work that put it there.
Your dedicated assistant runs the front of the funnel. They sort the inbox before you log in, flag the few things that need a human decision from you, draft replies on the rest in your voice, hold and prep your calendar, and keep the response-time clock honest. You walk into the day already triaged.
What we handle
The work your assistant takes off your inbox.
- Email triage with a “for you” pile. Inbox sorted before 9am. Anything that genuinely needs you lands in a labeled “decisions” folder with a one-line summary. Everything else is handled, filed, or drafted.
- Reply drafting in your voice. Routine replies, intro responses, scheduling back-and-forth, vendor follow-ups. Drafted in your tone, parked in your drafts folder, ready for a one-click send or sent under your authorization rules.
- Unsubscribe and noise sweeps. A weekly pass on the newsletters, alerts, and dead vendor threads cluttering your inbox. We unsubscribe, archive, and write filter rules so the noise stops coming back.
- Calendar holds and meeting prep. Focus blocks defended, conflicts resolved, prep docs and a one-page brief delivered the night before every meeting. Travel, dial-in, attendee context, agenda. You walk in ready.
- Response-time SLAs you can actually keep. We agree on what gets a same-day reply, what gets a 24-hour reply, and what gets a “we received this, here’s when” auto-acknowledgment. Then we hit those numbers, every week.

Questions
Still circling?
Will my assistant actually send email as me, or just draft?
Your call. Most clients start with drafts-only for week one so they can spot-check tone, then graduate the obvious categories (scheduling, intro replies, vendor follow-ups) to send-without-asking. The high-stakes pile stays in drafts forever if that’s what you want.
What email and calendar tools do you work with?
Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Superhuman, Hey, Front, Missive. Calendly, SavvyCal, Cal.com, Reclaim, Motion. We use your existing seat, scoped to your domain. We don’t migrate you off what’s working.
How do you learn my voice?
Week one your assistant reads the last 90 days of your sent folder, builds a one-page voice doc (phrases you use, things you don’t say, sign-offs, when you go formal versus loose), and runs the first batch of drafts past you. By week three the drafts read like you wrote them.
What about confidentiality? My inbox is sensitive.
Every assistant is background-checked, identity-verified, and working under strict confidentiality. Access is scoped to the seats you grant, logged, and revocable the moment a match ends. If there’s a thread you don’t want them in, tag it private and they don’t see it.
I’ve been burned by VAs before.
You get a dedicated assistant, matched deliberately. Your account manager runs the account. Nothing sits without an owner.
What if I don’t click with them?
Tell your account manager. We rematch. No drama.

Your account manager
A dedicated account manager. The person you actually call.
Every account has its own account manager, separate from your dedicated assistant. They run the kickoff, own the match, and are the person you reach if something needs to be rematched, escalated, or just sanity-checked. Every assignment has a quality bar. You aren't the one chasing it.
Same person, every month. No round-robin queue. No swapping out the contact after onboarding. The match you meet on day one is the match running the work on day two hundred.
