Most multi-role matches start inside 7 to 10 business days from the discover call. Tighter timelines are doable when the brief is ready and the role mix is common.

Do we get one account manager for the whole team, or one per assistant?

One account manager runs the whole account. You don’t juggle three vendor relationships. You have one person to call, who owns the rhythm and escalates anything that needs you.

Can we add or swap roles later?

Yes. The brief is a starting point, not a contract that boxes you in. As your work shifts, your account manager rebalances the account. We add roles, drop roles, or swap a match if the fit isn’t right.

What about confidentiality across multiple people?

Every assistant on your team is identity-verified, criminal-background-checked, and bound by a written confidentiality agreement. Access is scoped to what each role actually needs and is revocable. When a match ends, access ends.

How is pricing structured for a multi-role build?

You get a written quote before anyone starts. Pricing is hours-based per role, with a single monthly invoice. No surprises, no per-task add-ons, no annual commitments to lock you in.

What if a match isn’t working out?
