What can my assistant help with?

Is there anything assistants can’t do?

Each plan includes a set number of hours that reflects the level of support available to you each month. Usage is logged against tasks completed so you always have a clear picture of where you stand. Capacity does not roll over — each month starts fresh.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
You can upgrade your plan at any time or add extra hours to cover a busier month. Just reach out to your account manager and they’ll get it sorted.
How do I share passwords and payment details safely?
We use a secure, encrypted credential-sharing system — you never need to send passwords over email or chat. Payment details shared for purchasing tasks are handled with the same security standards as online banking.
