  • Walk the next 4 to 12 weeks together: what’s actually happening, what’s a ghost, what’s a conflict
  • Rebuild standing blocks (deep work, focus time, recurring meetings) so the week has shape
  • Resolve conflicts and double-bookings, draft the messages to reschedule what needs rescheduling
  • Add the personal stuff: medical, school, family, the dentist appointment you’ve been carrying around in your head
  • End with a written summary, recurring blocks set, and a follow-up date for the next reset (most people land on quarterly)

How long does a reset session take?

Plan on 90 minutes for a full reset, sometimes a little less if the calendar’s only mildly overgrown. We schedule it as one block so we don’t have to find a stopping point halfway through.

What if I have multiple calendars?

Most people do. Work, personal, family-shared, kid’s school. Bring all of them. Part of the reset is figuring out what should sit in which calendar so you stop checking five places.

Will my assistant make changes for me, or do I?

Both. We share a screen, and you make the calls on what stays. Your assistant drafts the rescheduling messages, sets up the recurring blocks, and writes the follow-up notes. You sign off on each step.

How often should I do this?

Most people land on quarterly, sometimes monthly during a season of change (new job, new baby, big move). After the first reset your account manager will suggest a cadence.

Every account has its own account manager, separate from your dedicated assistant. They run the kickoff, own the match, and are the person you reach if something needs to be rematched, escalated, or just sanity-checked. Every assignment has a quality bar. You aren't the one chasing it.
