Personal / ADHD Support / Admin Batches

Pile of paperwork. One session. Cleared.

A dedicated assistant on a call with you, working through the admin pile together. Receipts, expense reports, mass-clearing the inbox, the long-overdue list. We batch, you finish.

Some piles you can’t pick at. You have to set aside an hour, sit with them, and grind.

Admin batches are the scheduled version of that, with a real human on the line so you actually start. Recurring weekly, ad-hoc when something’s overdue, or both.

What we handle

What goes in a batch.

  • Receipts and expenses: digital receipt sorting (you snap or scan, we file), expense reports, reimbursement submissions
  • Inbox sweeps: mass unsubscribes, drafted replies to anything that needs your sign-off
  • Forms (medical, school, vendor, government), the kind that take 40 minutes if you start them
  • Bills and statements you’ve been avoiding, vendor follow-ups, account closings
  • The “long-overdue list” you keep meaning to tackle. Pick three things, we batch them in one session.

Questions

Common questions.

How long is a batch session?

Usually 60 to 90 minutes. Long enough to clear three or four real items, short enough that nobody’s brain is fried halfway through. Tell your account manager what you want to tackle and we’ll size the session.

Do you do the work or do I?

Both, depending on what it is. Receipts, light data entry, drafting replies, scheduling, account closings, follow-ups: we do those. Anything that needs your password, signature, or judgment: you do it, we sit with you. We hand back and forth in the same session.

Can I send things ahead of time?

Yes, and it makes the session faster. Drop receipts, statements, forms, or a list of “things to handle” in your shared folder before the call. Your assistant skims it, queues the work, and you start moving the second the call begins.

How is this different from body doubling?

Body doubling is “you work, we’re there.” Admin batches are “we batch with you.” Same call format, different mode. Most people use both, on different weeks. Your assistant knows the difference and shifts gears mid-session if you do.

An OkayRelax account manager.

Your account manager

A dedicated account manager. The person you actually call.

Every account has its own account manager, separate from your dedicated assistant. They run the kickoff, own the match, and are the person you reach if something needs to be rematched, escalated, or just sanity-checked. Every assignment has a quality bar. You aren't the one chasing it.

Same person, every month. No round-robin queue. No swapping out the contact after onboarding. The match you meet on day one is the match running the work on day two hundred.

From people who hired one of us

They came back for the next year.

"It is really nice having a dedicated assistant and my assistant has exceeded my expectations. They've saved me a lot of time dealing with a variety of tasks: canceling and scheduling appointments, booking work trips, researching."

Roy · OkayRelax client · August 2018

"She checks in about details and keeps me on task, which is quite a tall order. My ADHD makes it impossible to keep up on all my adulting without it."
