Questions

What owners ask us first

Will my assistant reply to parents right away?

Not around the clock. Your plan includes set hours each month, about 7 a week on Peace of Mind or 9 on Zen Delegation. Your assistant works through your inbox during those hours, in your time zone. On your free call we’ll talk through how to spread them across your week.

Which plan should I start with?

Start with what you want to hand off, not how big your studio is. If it’s mainly parent messages and follow-ups, start with Peace of Mind. If you also want your CRM and trial pipeline run for you, choose Zen Delegation.

What happens in my busiest months?

Your account manager can add hours for that month only, or you can move up a plan for the season and back down after.

What can my assistant see in Studio Pro?

Only what the role you give them allows. A Super User can work with families and balances but can’t see reports, total company tuition, staff pay rates or system settings. A Normal user sees less: no tuition, balances or reports, and no studio emails. You can change what each role sees in User Role Settings, and Studio Pro Premier lets you set it person by person.

What if I don’t use Studio Pro?

Your assistant works in the tools you already use. Our team’s notes cover Studio Pro (formerly DanceStudio-Pro), so if your studio runs on something else, tell us on your free call.

What if my assistant isn’t the right fit?

Tell your account manager and they’ll match you with someone new.

How do I cancel?

Plans are month to month. Cancel online from My Account with 30 days’ notice.
