Past that, $0.012 per message. The first 1,000 covers the vast majority of teams; we publish the volume math in the docs.
Onboarding
Implementation + team training.
Standard onboarding takes 8 to 12 business days. We run the data migration and train the team on a shared video call. No four-figure “onboarding package” fee.

Email support inside 4 business hours for every team. Phone support included for teams of 12+ technicians.
