Direct integrations with the tools field-service teams already use. Each one is a real two-way sync with explicit conflict resolution rules, not a one-way export to a CSV that someone has to import.
Accounting
QuickBooks Online. Xero. Sage Intacct.
Job completion fires an invoice draft in the accounting system, customer details syncing both ways. Payment received in QBO marks the FieldOps job as paid inside 60 seconds.

Fleet-aware
GPS, telematics, and the route layer agree on where each van is.
Direct integrations with Samsara, Geotab, and Verizon Connect. Tech location flows back from the vehicle telematics, not the phone — battery anxiety stops costing dispatch decisions. Auto-route accounts for vehicle class (a box truck doesn’t get the same routes a service van does).
Drive-time variance against estimate is currently at +/- 8 minutes for 90 percent of legs.
CRM
HubSpot. Salesforce. Pipedrive.
New customers in the CRM appear as accounts in FieldOps; new jobs appear as deals in the CRM with the appropriate pipeline stage. Two-way customer notes, attachments one-way (CRM → FieldOps).

Free and paid HubSpot tiers both supported. Custom properties syncable, mapping config inside FieldOps.
Service Cloud, GA
Service Cloud only at this stage. Sales Cloud on the roadmap. Lightning UI required — Classic is unsupported.

Deals and contacts. The standard FieldOps pipeline maps to the default Pipedrive stages out of the box.
Payments + comms
Stripe, Square, Twilio, SendGrid.
Stripe and Square for cards, including tap-to-pay on the field app. Twilio default for SMS, with bring-your-own-account supported on annual plans. SendGrid for email. Native two-way SMS — replies from customers route to the dispatcher’s inbox.
