One week out — Build curiosity
One concrete teaser from the webinar content — a stat, a finding, a counterintuitive claim. Reinforces that the webinar will deliver value. Half the registrations in our average flow happen in this week.
Three days out — Last call
Most aggressive registration push. Different angle than the previous emails — “we’re closing registration in 72 hours” only if you genuinely cap it. If you don’t cap, lead with the same teaser as before with a fresh subject line.
