Why webinar flows fail
The standard registration follow-up looks like this: registration confirmation, one reminder, one replay link, done. Half your registered audience never receives a meaningful prompt to attend, and your replay outreach assumes a “watch the replay” CTA is enough on its own.

Increases the live attendance rate from a typical 35-45 percent to 55-65 percent. Increases replay-watch rate from a typical 20 percent to 40-50 percent. Treats live attendees and replay viewers differently in the post-webinar nurture.
