In-network plans

If you have one of these, we file directly.

Delta Dental

PPO and Premier. We’re in-network on both. Most cleanings covered at 100%.

Cigna

DPPO. Pediatric preventive almost always covered fully.

MetLife

PDP. We file the claim, you don’t.

Aetna

PPO and Dental Maintenance Organization plans both accepted.

BCBS

BlueDental and BlueCare networks. We’ve worked with both for a decade.

Guardian, Humana, Anthem

All in-network. Coverage varies by plan — front desk verifies before your visit.

Self-pay tier

If you don’t have dental insurance.

Our self-pay schedule runs about 20 percent below standard. No membership fee, no annual sign-up. The front desk can quote anything not on this table before you book.

ServiceSelf-pay rate
Cleaning & exam$145
Composite filling$180 to $260 (depends on tooth)
Sealant, per tooth$58
Fluoride varnish$32
Emergency visit$120 plus any treatment
First-tooth visit (under 18 months)$95

Payment plans

If the plan runs over $400.

We offer a 4-month no-interest plan for treatment plans over $400. For bigger plans we work with CareCredit. Both are explained in writing before you commit. We don’t run hidden fees through the back end and we don’t surprise you with charges that weren’t on the estimate.

What we promise

If a charge wasn’t on the written estimate, we eat it. No exceptions. Show us the estimate and the bill — if they don’t match, the bill changes.
