Five-pound bags or by the pound.

Whole-bean only. We don’t pre-grind for wholesale — the freshness math doesn’t work past 90 minutes of grind exposure.

Same driver every week. Standing order or open invoice — both work. Payment terms net 14.

Bar training for new staff once per quarter. Equipment troubleshooting via text the same day for accounts running our recommended setup.

The bar side

The grinder matters more than the espresso machine.

Whole-bean only out the door — we don’t pre-grind for wholesale because the freshness math doesn’t survive ninety minutes of grind exposure. We’ll tell you which grinders we trust on the line, which ones we don’t, and we’ll cover the first burr replacement on accounts running our recommended setup.

What we expect

Where the partnership works.

Refrigeration is fine but not freezing. Quarterly cuppings with our team or yours. A grinder you actually clean. We’ll tell you which grinders we trust and which ones we don’t, and we’ll be honest about which espresso machines need more babying than they’re worth.

The next two openings will be January 2027. Send a note describing your space, your equipment, and your current coffee program — we’ll add you to the list and come back when an opening lands. We don’t run a waitlist deposit and we don’t sort the list by anything except the order we received it.
