How it works

Same coffee on every shipment, or rotate through whatever’s on the menu, or let us pick. About 60% of subscribers run the rotation.
Two weeks or four.
The four-week cadence works for a household drinking 1 to 2 cups a day. The two-week cadence is the right call for a two-cup-a-day couple or a small office.

Bags ship Tuesday, in the mail by 4pm, in your hands inside four business days nationwide and inside two on the West Coast. The roast date is stamped, not printed, so you can read it from across the counter. Pop the one-way valve and you’ll smell what we cupped on Wednesday morning.

Who this isn’t for
Honest about the fit.
If you grind in advance, freeze the bag, or store the coffee on top of the fridge, the subscription model is going to overdeliver and cost you. A grocery store dark roast will be closer to what you’re tasting once the storage routine takes its share. We’re not the right roaster for that workflow.
If you’ve got a burr grinder, store beans whole, and pull within four weeks of the roast date, you’re the customer we built this for. Otherwise, save the $22 a bag.
