What helps us reply quickly
Four pieces of information.
The more concrete the brief, the faster we can answer. We’d rather see one paragraph that names the program in plain language than a deck of inspiration shots.
Address or parcel number.
The actual address, not the neighborhood. If you haven’t bought it yet, give us the listing link or the parcel number from the assessor’s site. We’ll pull the survey ourselves.
No need to share contracts
Plain language, not square footage.
“A four-bedroom home with a studio for one parent’s work-from-home” beats “2,800 sf, 4 BR / 3 BA, modern.” The plain-language version tells us what you’re actually trying to build.
One paragraph is enough
When you’d like to break ground.
The studio’s slate runs about 14 months ahead. Knowing your target groundbreak date lets us tell you straight whether the work fits this year, next year, or whether the math doesn’t work at all.
Real dates, not “soon”
Have you talked to a GC yet?
If you have, say who. If you haven’t, say so — we work with five builders we trust and we can introduce you at the SD/DD pivot, when the GC actually has something to estimate.
