Slow flow
Vinyasa at half pace, with longer holds, deeper breath, and clearer cues. Suitable for any level after the intro week.
Heated power
Warm room, faster pace, strong sequencing toward arm balances and inversions. Two practice years recommended.
Restorative
Long-held supported poses, bolsters, and quiet. The room stays warm. Sundays at 5pm, Tuesdays at 7pm.
Mat Pilates
Classical sequence, graded for the room. Equal time on the breath, the spine, and the powerhouse.
Reformer foundations
Six-week beginner cycle on the reformer. Capped at eight bodies. Same teacher, same time, every week.
Reformer flow
Continuous movement through springs, planks, and footwork. The fastest way to feel different a month from now.
Sound bath
Friday-night gong and crystal bowl meditation. Bring a bolster, a blanket, and an attitude of doing less.
Pre and post-natal
Slow strength work for the second and third trimester, plus a postpartum re-entry sequence built with a pelvic-floor PT.
Three options. Cancel any month.
