What to bring to the consult

The faster the consult, the less it costs.

The consult bills at $175 per hour. If you arrive with the documents and the facts organized, the hour holds. If we spend the first 20 minutes pulling facts apart, the consult tends to run long. Before the consult, gather: any filings already served, the last two years of tax returns, a rough asset and debt list, and a written timeline of the relevant events. We send a checklist when the appointment is confirmed.
