If they’re unavailable, we can route a task to another available assistant so it doesn’t wait. When your assistant is back, they pick up where things left off. Can someone in my household use the plan too? On Serene, yes. You can add one household member, like a spouse, partner, or another adult who lives with you, and they can send requests to the same assistant. You share the plan’s 30 hours and one account, so you both see every request, recap, and file. Your assistant keeps track of both of you. Comfort and Relaxed are for one person. What if my assistant isn’t a fit? Tell your account manager. You can ask for a rematch. No drama, no awkward conversations on your side. The whole point of having an account manager is so you don’t have to manage the relationship. What does cancellation look like? Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Cancel online from My Account with 30 days’ notice. If a renewal falls inside those 30 days, it’s charged and your plan ends at the end of that billing period. Annual plans end on their renewal date if you cancel at least 30 days before it. Cancel later than that and we charge only for the days left in your 30-day notice, never more than one month.
