If your assistant is handling a lengthy task which is consuming multiple task credits, and you feel that it is taking longer than it should, please attempt 5-10 minutes of work on the task yourself and record a video of it to confirm that you can accomplish as much as you believe should be accomplished in that amount of time. If you are able to complete more work in those 5-10 minutes than your assistant can, please submit that video to our support department so that we can look into this issue.
